User Agreement

By using the Noble Arc Studio website, you agree to this User Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Educational purpose
Catalog descriptions and course materials are educational resources for creative practice. They do not guarantee a particular professional, commercial, personal, or financial result. Your outcomes depend on context, effort, judgment, and many factors outside the studio’s control.
3. Appropriate use
Use the website lawfully and respectfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape private submissions, impersonate another person, upload malicious code, infringe rights, or use the site to distribute unlawful or harmful content.
4. Intellectual property
Noble Arc Studio owns or licenses the site’s text, identity, structure, and course materials. You may view materials for personal or authorized organizational learning. You may not resell, reproduce, publish, or commercially redistribute them without written permission.
5. Catalog, Fallows, and cart
Catalog content is provided for planning and may change. Fallows and cart records are stored locally in your browser. The static cart does not process payments, create an enrollment, or transmit an order. Contact the studio before treating a selection as a confirmed purchase.
6. Submissions and communications
You confirm that information submitted through the contact form is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use the information to respond to your request in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The site is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep information accurate and accessible but do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete compatibility, or error-free content.
8. Liability and changes
To the extent allowed by law, Noble Arc Studio is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the site. We may revise this agreement when the service changes; the effective date identifies the current version.
